Household Tasks
​We provide assistance and take care of all essential household tasks that our client is unable to complete alone. This may include, cleaning, linen, laundry, meal preparation and delivery.
Personal Training
Personal Trainers provide and supervise exercise programs for clients in good health.
• Design and deliver personalised fitness programs.
• Instruct exercise in a safe and effective manner.
Our Personal Trainer can support you with:
• Goal directed individual sessions.
• General fitness and strength related goals.
• Participating in other sport, recreation and leisure activities.
Support Services
​Assisting with and/or supervising personal tasks of daily life to enable the participant to live as autonomously as possible. These supports are provided by a worker with additional qualifications and experience relevant to the participants’ complex needs. These individual supports can be provided in a range of environments, including but not limited to, the participant’s own home.
Garden Maintenance
​All yard and lawn maintenance can be completed by our friendly and accommodating team. Maintenance is periodically scheduled according to client’s needs and agreement.
Support Co-ordination
Our support coordinators will work with you to ensure a mix of supports are used to increase your capacity to maintain relationships, manage service delivery tasks, live more independently and be included in your community.
Travel
We provide a range of transport services and public transport travel training for people with disability working towards travel independence for our participants.
We’ll help you get to work, study, the doctor, day centre or a friend’s place – anywhere you need to go as part of your daily life.
Exercise Physiologist
Our Accredited Exercise Physiologists, can help with a range of health conditions and utilise their skills in exercise prescription.
• They deliver exercise, lifestyle and behavioural modification programs for the prevention and management of chronic conditions, injuries and disabilities.
• Work with clients to maintain and improve health and fitness for functional tasks, as well as maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
• Adopt a holistic approach to managing clients to encourage reablement, promote wellness and to improve clinical, functional and psychosocial status.
• Prescribe exercise as therapy for specific conditions and disabilities.
• Perform health and functional assessments to understand the type and severity of disability, to assist with planning interventions, and to measure the outcomes or effectiveness of interventions and therapies.
Our Exercise Physiologist can support you with:
• Goal directed strength and fitness programs.
• Weight loss programs.
• Healthy lifestyle education.
• Task specific skill development and chronic conditions management.
• Being independent in your exercise program within the community.
• Sports skill development and participation in other recreation and leisure activities.
